In the second row of the Precision rune tree there are two decent good options for Kha'Zix . Bruiser khazix is just not a thing anymore. Its "assassin with extra health" if you decide to go black cleaver and edge of night. Goredrinker is still ok if you are one tricking Kha, and need to drain tank against like 3 tanks. Other than that its not the move. The build is fairly similar to the Bruiser Kha'Zix some people play. The runes are the following: Conquerer - Triumph, Alacrity, Last Stand ; Inspiration - Magical Footwear, Cosmic insight The items I build are Goredrinker ->Ionians (Or MR or Armor depending on enemies) -> Blackcleaver -> Seryldas/Frozenheart - > Maw / Spiritvisage I used to be a former Kha'zix main but I can't get back into playing him because I don't know how to build him anymore. Hydra works on both bruiser and assassin builds, but its omnivamp and lack of lethality makes it synergize better on bruiser builds.
