Behavioral self management

Self-management interventions are multicomponent behavioral strategies that emphasize the monitoring and regulation of behaviors and reinforcements (rewards). The core elements of self-management interventions involve (a) self-observation of a targeted behavior, (b) self-recording, and (c) delivery of a reinforcer.
