Exactly twice the size of a dino gate would probably be about right: 4 foundations wide, and 8 walls tall. I use fence foundations or pillars or a combo of the two. I would lay out a perfect Perimeter of fence foundations, make sure you account for your gates, towers and leave space inside for whatever you plan to build and keep. I place my first layer of gates along foundations with fence foundations, then I send pillars up each side of the behemoth gate wall, and send cielings across the top of behemoth gates.
