I'd recommend skipping Blue Dragons since they are so slow and using Wyrm Bones for 70 Prayer as you do those tasks. Made my 70 Prayer grind way easier. They are a bit more than 2/3rds the XP as a dragon bone but they are much faster to kill, have a good drop table, and the bank is pretty close.
